E-Book Network Berlin ist eine Initiative von Elisabeth
Alexander (www.ringebooks.de) und Wolfgang Farkas (Shelff).
Ziel der Initiative ist es, ein Forum für die gerade
entstehende Berliner E-Book-Community zu schaffen. Alle, die sich für
Digital Publishing interessieren – Verleger, Autoren, Künstler, Designer, Journalisten
und andere mehr – haben die Möglichkeit, sich kennenzulernen, zu unterstützen und
sich über neue Publikationsformen auszutauschen.
Zum Launch des E-Book Networks Berlin laden wir zu
einer entspannten Cocktailparty ein. Bei mexikanischen Snacks und Drinks gibt
es Gelegenheit, über zukünftige gemeinsame Aktivitäten und Events zu reden.
Special Guests
sind Emperors of Rome mit einem kleinen Wohnzimmer-Live-Acoustic-Set. Arezu
Weitholtz schreibt über das britisch-neuköllnerische Duo: „I thought of Nico and Lou
Reed, but with a heart … somebody mentioned Leonhard Cohen,Twin Peaks, too, but
it sounded as if it had no age, but a very fine timelessness, as if the songs
were out there, they just needed to be found by two lovers.“

eBook Network Berlin
is an initiative by Elisabeth Alexander (www.ringebooks.de) and Wolfgang Farkas (Shelff).
Our goal is to
create a forum for the new Berlin eBook community. Anyone who is interested
in digital publishing from publishers, authors, artists, designer, journalists
and others have the opportunity to get to know each other, support each other
and exchange ideas about the future of publishing.
We are inviting
you to a relaxed cocktail party for the launch of eBook Network Berlin. While
enjoying Mexican snacks and drinks we can talk about future joint activities
and events.
